丝芙兰的会员制度：（1）只要在SEPHORA家注册并消费，就可以称为beauty insider，并开始根据购物的金额累计积分。（2）一年内消费满350刀，就成为VIB（Very Important Beauty Insider），vib每年会有两次专场的折扣活动，貌似是4月和10月，力度分别是15%和20%折扣，各种雷打不动没折扣的牌子也可以参与。此外，生日礼、新品试用礼、内部特卖会、季度特卖会。（3）一年内消费满1000刀，成为vib rouge，任意购物免运费，每次购物时的可以选择更多免费小样。
积分兑换礼品政策：1刀1分，100分以上可以换礼品，不同档次对应不同价值的礼品。不定期会有“高倍积分”的活动，对应不同的账户级别，可能1刀给2分到3分。
